When you purchase a package, you'll receive a credit for the number of sessions included. Schedule them whenever works for you — packages don't expire. We'll try to match you with the same instructor for continuity.
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund or credit. Late cancellations may forfeit the session. We understand life happens — reach out if you have an emergency.
Yes, when booking you can select your preferred instructor based on their availability. If you've worked with someone before and want to continue, just select them when scheduling.
